Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Standard deliveries typically take between 3-5 business days. For rural deliveries please allow an additional 1-3 business days.
Q: Where will my order be shipped from?
A: Our online orders are supplied by our warehouse based in Nelson.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain information for you to be able to track and trace your parcel.
Q: Which couriers do you use?
A:Â In most instances we use Courier Post. However we may also use NZ Couriers or Post Haste on occasion.Â
Q: How do I return a product purchased online?
A: Products would usually need to be returned to our warehouse. For more details on our shipping and returns click below.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Unfortunately our online store is only set-up to\ ship to addresses within New Zealand and Australia However, if you want our products sent to another international destination, send us an email and we will try and accommodate your request.
Q:Where is your gear made?
A: At this stage our gear is sourced from overseas, however we are currently exploring options of New Zealand based manufacturing for specific products and hope to achieve this in the near future.
Q:Is your merino wool from New Zealand?
A:Our products either use Australian merino or a blend of New Zealand/Australian merino wool.Â
