Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Standard deliveries typically take between 3-5 business days. For rural deliveries please allow an additional 1-3 business days.

Q: Where will my order be shipped from?

A: Our online orders are supplied by our warehouse based in Nelson.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain information for you to be able to track and trace your parcel.

Q: Which couriers do you use?

A:  In most instances we use Courier Post. However we may also use NZ Couriers or Post Haste on occasion. 

Q: How do I return a product purchased online?

A: Products would usually need to be returned to our warehouse. For more details on our shipping and returns click here.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Unfortunately our online store is only set-up to\ ship to addresses within New Zealand. However, if you want our product sent to an international address, send us an email and we will try and accommodate your request.
